On-Site Services

Jemco trades people come to your site for an number of reasons such as Electrical fitting and fault finding, PLC and electronic cabinet problems, mechanical asset reliability audits and condition reports, rigging and back to workshop logistics up to 25T.  Our staff have collectively decades of experience in providing these services in Australia, New Zealand and the Islands.

Asset care and back to workshop overhauls

Jemco has a fully appointed workshop with fitting and turning based in Sydney with turning up to Diameter 1m x 5m long. Also, there are satellite workshops in Brisbane and Melbourne. Having this level of infrastructure allows us to truly put our hand up and handle rebuilds, overhauls and modifications for machinery assets up to 10 tonne.

Combined with high level of engineering skill non-standard, technically complicated assets are no problem.

New Capital Expenditure Projects Partnering

Jemco offers behind the scenes support for companies tendering and then executing large at scale projects.  From meticulously working on upfront layouts and specifications often using 3D CAD modelling to forecast obstructions, problems and oversights.  Then through to field installation and commissioning.  Liasing with our own OEM partners or those nominated for the project, everyone is invested in the successful outcome.

Spare Parts and Stock Distribution

New parts are sourced via our OEM partners for brands Jemco represent. In the cases of very old or abandoned assets which are no longer supported, Jemco can organise to have old parts refurbished or made new if possible.

Our physical warehouse is located 15kms away from Sydney airport and the Port of Botany. Parts are held for our aftermarket customers and also on-behalf of our OEM partners.
